Standard delivery to the UK Mainland is within 14 days is included in most prices.
We also offer a 7 day priority service (option given at checkout)
Saturday Delivery +£25 per order
We will always pre-arrange delivery with you for a day that suites you best; it is therefore important that you provide us with a daytime telephone number when you place your order. Delivery is specified by you and is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30 pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. There is an additional charge of £25 for a Saturday delivery. Please make sure you provide us with a telephone number so we can contact you to arrange delivery. Failure to do so will delay your order.
We deliver the majority of our furniture ourselves; we can therefore give you a small delivery window on your chosen day and help you bring the items into your home. Due to time constraints, we can not help you to put tables together.
However, it's not always possible to deliver ourselves so we will sometimes send your furniture out with a pallet company. Saturday deliveries will always be delivered via this method.
If your order is being delivered by a pallet company this will arrive on a pallet. Any smaller purchases are delivered by a smaller courier, boxed in pairs of chairs. Generally this is a doorstep service. The delivery driver will unload the items off of their vehicle and place them at your doorstep or driveway or garage etc. They will not bring the items into the home and install them for you. This is generally ok but you may need to enlist some help with the larger tables and cabinets that we offer. Two hands are always better than one. Important: The drivers are not insured to carry the goods by hand so can only manouver the pallet using a small truck. Please don't be offended or annoyed if they say no if you ask them to help you carry the goods into you home.
At point of delivery please inspect the outer packaging. If you find any areas of damage please sign for the items as damaged. If the damaged packaging has resulted in damage to the items inside please call us so we can take the necessary action to rectify the problem.
