Returns and Refunds

We understand that making a decision over the internet can be difficult because in many cases you haven't physically seen the product. We describe our furniture honestly and provide high quality images. Please ask for a leather sample if you'd like to match it.

You can return our products up to 7 days later in their original packaging and condition but there will be a collection fee.

Items must be returned in their original packaging so that they are protected during transportation and arrive back with us in perfect condition.

Getting the delivery right allows us to keep our costs down so we’re quite strict on this. The number one reason furniture is returned is that we can’t get it in, so any returns due to inaccessibility will incur a £60 fee.
Please double-check the furniture dimensions to ensure they will fit into your room. Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases or any right angle turns once inside the property; occasionally we also have difficulty gaining suitable access for the delivery lorry to reach your home.
The rule of thumb is if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.
